You're looking within one group of adjacent lines and missing the actual repeat. Look, for instance, at the row with the blue highlighting - that's the same as a row nearer the top.

As I wrote in my first post: the files do not appear anywhere else on my machine and you can see that the path and file name are exactly the same for the doubled entries.
