ARIA player, confused about multi-timbral VSTi

Firstly, I just got Notion yesterday and I have to say, this software is a thing of beauty through and through. It just looks lovingly crafted.

However, I'm having a few issues and perhaps I'm misreading the manual, I'm not sure at the moment.

1. VST

For some reason, Notion picked "C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VSTPlugins" to search for VSTs. I have no idea why, and I don't recall setting this during install. I keep my VSTs in "E:\VST" but I can't set this anywhere?? I have to go into each subdirectory one by one and add over 50 or so VST instruments and effects manually?

2. ARIA Player (multi-timbral + track layout)

Garritan only appears if I add the stereo-out ARIA Player, not the multi-timbral version. Is there any particular overhead from loading multiple ARIA player instances? I'm used to just using the multi-timbral versions in SONAR. Does this mean Notion loads up multiple ARIA Players, each with only 1 out of 16 slots used?

Otherwise, I'm absolutely loving Notion, so glad I took the plunge!

Okay, looks like this was answered in your Tutorial about Multi-Channel VSTi.

However, at around 04:56 you bring up a "Change Instrument" dialog without seemingly clicking on anything? I had a look through the manual and I see you do "SHIFT + I" here. Perhaps you could add a Youtube video comment directly on the screen at around 04:56 just saying "press SHIFT+I to get this window".

Otherwise, fantastic tutorial, answered all my queries about multi-channel VSTi.
