Findings on the dynamics.

A Forum to Discuss NOTION

Re: Findings on the dynamics.

To reiterate the cause, what happens is
if you start off adding dynamic (mf, p, ff) beneath the note (normal), then the next dynamic added will have intended effect. If you at some point add a dynamic above a note, the dynamic will change... but all subsequent dynamics must be above to have an effect. (Note that dragging an existing mark up/dn doesn't change this).

If I discover this, I select a single part view, and work backward in score until I find the wayward mark, then delete and add below. :)

Compare two files

File A ==> Measure 19. Dynamic ff below the note for The Horn has no effect.

File B ==> Measure 19. Dynamic ff above the note for The Horn is excellent.

These files only seem to have 3 measures of music, and only 18 measures total.

Sorry. I used the numbering of the original file.

Here you will compare measures 3 files A and B. The horn part.

You'll see that the file A dynamic ff Under the note) has not worked.

It ran in the B file, placed above the note.

The Dynamics "under the notes" seem to stop working. Seems that several different dynamics makes the software "confused ".

Well, I opened both files, and both files appear to have dynamics under the notes... Furthermore, both files sound the same and have dynamics (as far as I can tell, the files are the exact same except for the file names). You really need to load mp3 files as well so we can hear exactly what you're hearing.

I downloaded a wav converter ==> mp3 but I got a white noise! I am looking for a solution.
