Problems with New VI Pro and Notion updates?

I recently updated both Notion (4.0.328) and VI Pro (2.4.12517). I now get pops and clicks on most notes, which seems to get worse with more samples being loaded. This doesn't happen when I use VI Pro as a standalone (without Notion) and it didn't happen with the updated Notion before I updated VI Pro. It seems to have something to do with the combination together.

I've tried changing buffer settings, audio engine settings in VI Pro, everything I can think of, and I'm pulling what little hair I had left out!

Anyone else experiencing this?

I just reinstalled the older version of VI Pro (2.3.12337) and everything is working again. Evidently there's some serious issues with the new version. I've notified VSL.

I tried changing to a different driver, and now can't even start Notion. and can't change back.

There would seem to be changes in the audio engine, as that's the point in the startup that Notion closes.

BTW, VIP works fine when hosted in VE.

VSL is aware of the problem. They have been in touch with us and they are looking to discover what the problem is. I have offered our help if they are interested in sending in some scenarios to test or if they have other questions.

...actually trying MIRx with ViPro !

But all are working very well into VE ...
