Count-In at Play Back

Postby DaGuy » Thu May 13, 2010 1:25 am

I'm very impressed with Notion 3. To think, I almost bought "something else". Anyway, how do I get one or two count-in (metronome only) measures at play back? I searched the forum and didn't find anything definite on this topic. Thanks for your help.

best way to do this now is write in a count off measure.....the next update will include an option to have the count off in the midi record options.

Great, good to hear that. Will it be just for record or is the playback case also covered? Finale (oops how did that happen) allows the users to set the count off in three modes: "playback", "record" and "always" modes. Notion has too many good things for a guitar player like me to go back to Finale but boy do I miss that feature.

Thanks Fabio!

That's a great way implementation. These guys at Notion have good taste :P
