Has this not been fixed? The features supplied do nothing (link to next etc.).

All techniques in the palette work for me. They sound great, in fact...

Re: Still not fixed?
The 'engraving'. I'm referring to the bars per system/layout. Having that orphan bar at the end is unacceptable. No matter what I do, I cannot affect the score to make it look presentable. This was a problem I always had in N3. As I said, the features supplied do nothing.

Re: Still not fixed?
Did you try fixing it by making sure that all of the measures are filled? The Timpani part appears to not have a rest in it.
Also, I see that you are using hide resting staves. Are there other parts in the score that do not have some type of notation filling the bars?

Re: Still not fixed?
Even if I un-hide the staves, all bars filled with rests. Still won't budge.

Re: Still not fixed?
I can't get the "Link To Next Measure" function not to work. It does what it's supposed to do for me, whether there is music/rests in the bars or not, and regardless of hidden staves. (I'm on a Mac.)
Best wishes,
Thorrild

Re: Still not fixed?
Not to suggest the obvious (but I know that when frustration sets in it becomes easy to lose focus on the obvious): Is it possible that last measure has a "Force new page" applied accidentally? Even if it were stubbornly appearing in a new system when you don't want it to, it should still be appearing on the page before where there is plenty of room.
I only suggest it because it may not be something that would be noticed if one were focused on "Link to next", which would be applied to the previous measure's settings. So it becomes easy to lose sight of that last measure's own settings.

Re: Still not fixed?
Another piece, same issue. Nothing changes the layout. All measures filled.
