Landscape/portrait page format

Postby erikbosio » Mon Feb 18, 2013 4:18 pm

Is there a way to change the page format to portrait/landscape? It's the ONLY thing I miss of Finale. ;)
I'm sorry if this has been covered before, I couldn't find anything about it on the forum.

Cheers.

It's right there in File/Page setup where you'd expect it...

Go to:

Score>Full Score Options>Page

Select Landscape.

Hope this helps,

Thank you! And thank you wcreed51 for pointing out my stupidity! ;)
I just expected to find it in the score options.
However, this is not what I meant and it's probably my bad English fault!
I didn't mean how to rotate the page, I was actually looking for a way to have an "infinite" landscape work flow, from bar 1 to the end, without starting a new paragraph. Pretty much what you get in Finale by pressing command + E.

Sorry about this and thank you again!

I mean, I know I can change the width, but I was wondering if there was a way to do it without changing the page settings. A shortcut to go from a normal page to "infinite landscape" and back for printing. :)

Sounds like what you mean is Continuous view. Choose it from the View Menu
