Julkvall i Värmland

Postby fabiolcati » Tue Dec 17, 2013 4:54 pm

For the third time a composition of mine is included in the Garritan Community Christmas Album.
The song is entirely produced with Notion3, from composition to mixdown. Sounds are from GPO.
I hope you will enjoy it and I wish a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everybody.

Hi Ulrik!
Welcome back!
The song — whose title is actually misspelled as you can prove — is a wish for my dear friends up in Torsby and Örebrö to find peace to their grief after the loss of a beloved Brother, Son and Father — the unforgettable Poa Sörlin.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Ciao!
Fabio

Oh, I'm sorry to hear that, it's always hard to pick up after such a change in life, I wish them all well.

Beautiful sounding... I am impressed, all of this with GPO!
It seems to me that you have put a particular attention to cast all your strings really realistically on the scene, this is obvious in the start of your music...
have an happy Christmas Fabio, and all Notion users!

Thank you so much, Fabio. In fact, I have uploaded a slightly revised and sonically improved version of the Clarinet Sonata at my SoundCloud account,

BTW, I have posted a little greeting in a new topic (an Intermezzo for flute and piano),

I hope you have a peaceful Christmas time in Italy :)

Tanti auguri,
Otto
