polymetric

Postby Ulrich » Sat May 04, 2013 11:34 am

I'm looking for a programm, that will do real polymetric. (look at the Finale and Sibelius wish list!)
While composing, sometimes I change the length of bars or note value, the following notes should be moved. E.g.: 4/4 gets 7/8, after shorten a note value, i don't want a break. 9/8 gets 11/8, nothing should be deleted, just moved. Is this possible? To do this i have to work with capella...
By the way, where can i find a Notion-demo?

Ulrich,

Thanks for the message. We do not do polymetrics yet. We have had a few users asking about this functionality, and we have feature requests logged for this functionality.

Also, there is no Notion 4 demo. There are several videos on our website that detail and display desktop and iPad versions for Notion and Progression software use and functionality.

What a pity! Ok, the sounds seems realy great, currently the best. I know, my work will sound great. But it is very important to work with the note entry etc., before buying a programm. (to try out this, I even do not need your sounds) A scorewriter is a tool for my work, many hours a day.
You wouldn't buy a car without a test-drive.

First, I don't want to answer, but you should know, why i can't buy NOTION.
