Sooo, its after 7 am on the East Coast. Do you know where your Notion 4 is? Just sayin' ;)

Site appears to be having problems. Hopefully its just a glitch.

One important question.

I want to upgrade asap - 64 bit is really important to me.

But

I am now in a very big project. Basically almost done. Will go into the recording studios in next month (total 26 songs). I do not want to mess around and risk this project. As recording progresses, I know I will have to go back from time to time and make some adjustment, so I would need Notion to be reliable. Don't want unexpected bugs suddenly creeping up on me when at a crunch.

So

Question is

Will I be able to install Notion 4 seperate from Notion 3, i.e. be able to run old and new version on the same machine without problems?

I have them both installed. Found a link buried deep in the half updated site to buy and download. :)

Parts of the store are up including the upgrade page. I am going to wait though to make sure that all the back end stuff is ready before I order. I did a Windows 8 upgrade a few days ago and the upgrade assistant crashed after taking my money before I was able to download. MS Store is working on the problem but I don't want to rush things and have another transaction in limbo.

Just please post when the upload is complete. Thanks

Ok I could not wait. I ordered and it seemed to go ok. I am downloading the windows installer. I started the Bundle installer but it was only 600k in size and the mac sounds bundle is 6 gig.

JohnF did you download the sounds as well? How did that work?

OK Never mind. Nothing to see here. LOL

The bundle installer is a download manager with the windows install. Sounds are downloading now.

Are the bundled sounds with N4 any different than N3?
