Star Wars - "Throne Room" Music
Posted: Tue Apr 29, 2014 10:18 pmContinuing to practice composing by ear, I tackled John Williams' magnificent "Throne Room" music from the final scene of Star Wars.
Very challenging was figuring out the key-transition notes at the end of the second fanfare, and the ascending violins and violas at the beginning. But my chief deficiency is that I only have single trumpets. Presumably "trumpet section" add-ons can be purchased...I must look into this.
