I'm happy to present my first electronic composition. I wrote it completely in Notion 4 using various VST's.

Nice! I'm curious as to what made you complete this composition within Notion rather than a DAW. Was there a particular benefit you were thinking of when you notated it using Notion?

I dig it! But perhaps it could be a little more developed thematically? Just an opinion, still I really like it! What VST's did you use may ask? I really enjoyed the sound design in this piece!

Andres

Hi JohnF.
I agree with Andres, though I see your work as more thematical than general electronic stuff.
Sound design is five star!

Thanks to both of you.
I believe 99% of it was Absynth, though it has been a while.
I agree with you that I should have developed some of the themes further. I listened to it a month after finishing and it really stuck out to me. ...Suppose I can learn from that and improve the next one!
If you enjoyed that you might like my other electronic piece : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZCphGFQ6k0s

Veeeeery nice one. Your works for electronics are above the average of most of the pros in the field!
