Here's a link to my latest recording: Brook Green Suite by Gustav Holst. The fast tempos in the third movement are a bit of a challenge.
Let me know what you think!

Thanks Yves for Good Advice
I've re-recorded the first movement of this suite taking advice from Yves, who gave some feedback on my recent post of the Capriol Suite.
It was very good advice, I think, and I feel like this recording is a breakthrough for me.
Following Yves' input, I listened very carefully to a reference recording of this piece, for long periods of time (3-4 minutes), concentrating on a certain aspect of what I wanted to achieve in my recording (stereo width, panning, spatial placement, tempo, dynamics, tone, etc.) and then worked on my recording for a shorter period (1-2 minutes). By going back and forth between the reference recording and my own work, I was able to fine tune many different aspects of the piece which I wasn't really paying attention to before.
I think it's a significant improvement in my workflow, and Notion makes it all pretty easy.
Let me know what you think!
Et merci beaucoup a Yves!!!
