Just bought this app to display my large batch of Finale/XML files. Found out that the slash marks (on 75% of them) don't transfer to this app.
Aside from the suggestion I saw re: replacing the empty bars with quarter notes x-heads, is there any other option.

If your purpose is simply viewing scores, i'm not sure that this is the right app for you. If you have Finale docs, you can view them in SongBook. If you want to use the iPad as a substitute for carrying around a lot of music, there are a number of apps like ForScore and Music Reader, that might be better suited, although they would require converting your files to PDF.
