iCloud backup

I recently had to replace my iPad. Apple told me that if I had enabled iCloud backup, all my files would be saved. However, after restoring everything else, including two other notation programs, all my Notion were lost. Fortunately, I have PDFs for all of them. Is Notion for iPad not compatible with iCloud backup?

Sorry for your issue. Files in notion should be restored with a complete restore from iCloud.
When you chose restore from backup, did you have to re-download apps individually, or did the restore do that for you?

It was automatic. It still shows the backup from the previous ipad, but I can't access it.
