I bought the app and I've been using it for about a month. In general I'm very happy with it, but there's certainly room for improvement.
Among the features that would be most useful, at least for me:
- enter music for guitar using the keyboard and not the fretboard;
- show a score either in concert C or with transposed instruments;
- playback with swing;
- select a section (or whole score) and transpose by interval.
I'm sure I'm not the only one wishing this for the next updates...

When you setup the score to start, select an instrument such as Violin, enter the song title and tap the OK icon. You'll see a treble staff and the keyboard for entry.

Simply go back to the setup (tap the gear icon at the bottom left of the main screen) and then tap the blue/white right-pointing arrow for that staff to open up options, and select Change Instrument. Change it to guitar and when you return to the screen you'll have the keyboard for note entry. At least that's how it's just worked in the tests I just ran on my iPad4.
