Cloud sync

I've purchased both the iPad and the desktop versions of the software. I was wondering if there is a way to sync the works on both devices beside using Dropbox.
I would love to start writing on the iPad and find everything on my Macbook when I open it.
Sorry if the question sounds dumb, I'm pretty new here.
