Did a search and found nothing about this, so...
The classical guitar patch has a few notes that are pretty low in volume compared to the others. Mainly G3, G#3, A3, A#3 and more so on the 3rd string than say, the 4th string (odd).

iPad 2 v5.1.1
Notion v1.2.12

Has anything been done on this, I also still have this sample volume problem. In my opinion it renders the instrument useless. I think this is also a problem in desktop Notion and Progression.
