No help available!!!

newbie here!

just got Notion for Ipad

unfortunately there is no help ( help files) available.
Pressing Import button or feedback or Question mark button brings me just to a white page



anybody has any help on this ????

Make sure you are connected to wi-fi.

OK, There should be help even when in airplane mode though. I'm confused to why you don't have the help section. If tried all the versions and iPads in the office and they seem OK. I asked someone in support and their only solution is that the app potentially did not finish installing and you could try reinstalling again once you have have a wifi signal. Sorry about that, let us know if it loads correctly next time, I'm curious if that is the solution. I have not seen it before.

That was a great info!

I deleted Notion and reinstalled it -
found an internet cafe ( and some good cakes ) -

and guess what:
Notion help now works!
( so far )
Now even without any further internet connection,
so wifi is not needed for that part.

Indeed it is quite comfortable having access to www...
