Hi everybody,
It seems that there is a major omission in regards to the drum notation. I need to be able to notate hi hat with the foot pedal on the "D" above middle C. I don't think the drum notation allows for this, does it?
The only workaround I've found is to use another instrument, such as violin. This works ok but of course I bypass the speedy entry this way, and changing noteheads manually is a pain. Plus the sounds are wrong.
Ideas?
Thanks!
Greg

Re: Drum Notation: Hi Hat Pedal?
Greg,
We are working on adding hi hat pedal to the drum set ui. The drum set is mapped in accordance with the PAS standards for drum set notation.
