Two questions

I'm pretty new to NOTION. And I have 2 questions:
1.: When I enter notes in a Bass or Guitar Part, there is only the Fret board. Is there I Way to Set that I have the Keyboard in ANY Instrument?
2.: Am I not seeing the obvious or is there really no Open High Hat.
