New Progression iPad update

The latest update for Progression iPad is now available in the App Store (currently available for paid version).

This fixes the wrong octave notation issue, some other items, as well as a few iOS 6 surprises that we had.

Thanks for your patience. There will be lots of updates and new features available throughout the next few months now that we have completed the new Progression desktop version.
