Hi,
Can anyone help me. I'm using the ipad app and I'm trying to use the button that makes tuplets or triplets. Can anyone tell me how to make this work?

The way I did it: I wanted a pair of 8th note triplet runs. I clicked the tuplet button (it defaults to triplets, i.e. 3 notes where there should be two), entered my 6 notes, it put them in two sets of nice clean triplets, and I was done. Just be sure to toggle it back off!
