François,

I downloaded your file and listened to it about 50 times. To me, it sounds exactly as notated.

Best wishes,

Thank you,
There may be a problem here. If you wish, you may want to write this music software on your N3 and send the result here.
I suggest writing it yourself: no copy / paste.

I copied this extract on a new file and the problem is exactly the same. It would be nice that other people give their opinion.

I do not read English easily and I do not know exactly what you're getting. I will simply say that a music publishing software must hear what is written ... and if that is not the case, it must be solved very quickly.

The player who recorded this part simply added a slight vibrato after beginning the note which gives the illusion of the musician playing slurred portato notes; if anything, this adds a nice character to the note. However, I don't think the sample is "buggy" or "broken." If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If you're that unhappy with it then try using a different sample instrument such as GPO or Miroslav.

I hear the extra 8th note . . .

But if I switch to Miroslav Philharmonik for the Tuba, it is played correctly . . .

The Tuba problem is the London Symphony Orchestra (LSO) VSTi TUBA. . .

The Notion 3 program is correct . . .

I am on the MAC (Apple) . . .

Thanks!
