I'm not sure what the purpose is of that sticky in the main "Notion" forum, though, since the subforum we're posting in right now is already called "Share Custom Rules". Is this subforum or that sticky the correct place to share custom rules? Or are they intended to complement each other in some way I'm missing?

The GroupID seems to be case sensitive. That certainly expands the naming possibilities.
