Is there a Special Upgrade Price from SLE to N3 ?

Hi,
I saw in the FAQ mentioning about upgrading from SLE to Notion 3 Full.
Is there a special upgrade price for people who may want to do this or do you have to pay the full price for notion 3?

Yes, there is a special discount price of $99.00 for NOTION3 if you are a NOTION SLE owner.

Oo, if I knew that I'd have bought SLE first, cheaper that way

Doesn't he mean $99 off the price rather than $99 as the actual cost?
In which case it is only $237 vs $249 which probably makes more sense.
