Vst manager : cannot enable some vst

Many Vst effect not recognized. I can't enable many vst, I can't enable Waves plugin version 5 or 7. I use Win 7. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem ? Thanks

I've noticed the same problem. There is a VST out there (aptly named VideoVST) that plays back basic mpg movies as a VST, but Notion won't allow me to enable the effect. Does anyone know what the issue/workaround is?

I have the same problem with Voxengo Sound Delay and some VST instruments.
Unable to enable, as bad as it sounds.
