Diminuendo to silence

I don't know if this is related to my lack of knowledge on notation system in general, but anyway:
How should I make two consecutive whole notes, both with diminuendo to silence?
In other words, to make first note in measure 1 to change its volume from 100 to 0 and the next note in measure 2 similarily.
If I simply put two whole notes and add diminuendos to the notes, the first note volume will change from 100 to 90 and the next one from 100 to 0.
I'm Using Notion SLE - Miroslav PLK, if that makes any difference.
