timpani in notion sle Miroslav

I have a full orchestra set up, and everything plays but the timpani. If I click the timpani notes, they sound normally, and the meter registers in the mixer, but when I play the score, no timpani. All the instruments are on solo, including the timpani. It did play on solo once, except for the last note--mysterious--then it stopped playing altogether. Any ideas?

I have no idea what I did, but it works now.
