NOTION Music Forum

When I load a microtonal scale into my soft-synth and insert that soft-synth into Notion 3, will Notion 3 actually play/perform the microtonality, or are the special microtonal markings just for copying purposes?

I'm planning a large microtonal piece and I haven't got it to the Notion 3 phase yet.

Any info in this area would be a time-saver for me and greatly appreciated.

I'm interested in microtonal scales too. I fear I didn't understand your "problem". After reading your post, I tried the microtonal accidentals and they work. They work even with instruments which in reality can't play microtonal intervals like a piano...
