Changing position of tuplet numbers

The sixteenth notes are a triplet. I would sure love to be able to flip the position of the number so it's above the double beam rather than hanging way down below the ties in the lower voice, but I don't think it can be done.

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Dear jeff235,

You are not wrong. I've been dissatisfied with the display of the tuplet number since my first look at Notion. (Obviously, I decided to hang on to it for other reasons ;) )

Most (all?) pundits on standard notation advise you to put the tuplet number on the beam side unless something else makes this impossible or somehow unpleasing to the eye. Notion almost always does the opposite. On rare occasions, you can get the desired results by forcing the stem direction of the tuplet (it's on the contextual menu under Notes), but since that feature is *also* broken (it alters the stem direction of the entire measure instead of just the selected note(s)), this is mostly just making matters worse.

I suggest filing a bug report. The squeaky wheel may get some grease eventually.

Best,
Thorrild
