I was wondering how seques and attacas are handled in the course of a show. Are all songs in one large file? Or is there a method by which you chain individual songs together? What is the recommended course of action for recreating this in my own performance notation?

You can compile all of your file into an Act or two Acts that what you don't need to load each song as a separate file.
