Turning many measures of rests into one large number
Posted: Fri Jun 20, 2014 2:50 pmI'm looking for the way (I know there is one) to take, for instance, a 16 bar section of rests in the trumpet part and turn into a simple "-16-"

1. From the Score menu, select Part Options.
2. In the resulting dialog box, click on the More tab.
3. Change the drop down menu for Multimeasure Rests from None to, say, 2.
