Hello,
I did compose with Notion including VSL instruments, then I exported the XML on Cubase, but the dynamics aren't the same it is very loud on Cubase why all the nuances aren't respected , do I miss something ?

As kmlandre has pointed out in a few other places, if you are using multiple voices *anywhere* in the score on a given staff, the dynamics on that staff are sensitive to their placement. Dynamics below the staff where only the upper voice has notes are not rendered in playback and it would not flabbergast me if they were not being exported in the XML -- or not being associated with the notes you think they ought to be associated with.
