Just wondering if there was a way to make a larger staff for beginner piano students? Also is there a way to use larger notes? Just wondering. I know Finale at one time had this option. Thanks

There are options for scaling the notation. This can be found under Score > Full Score Options >Layout Tab > Notation Size.

This makes all notation elements larger or smaller. It takes some getting used to working this back and forth with page size to get things just the way you want them.
