Problem with Authorizing Expansion Sounds

I bought the Effects Percussion Kit on my Friend's computer, and I downloaded it on mine.
I cannot get it to work.
I am not sure why this is, but I have a theory.
You see, I downloaded and authorized Notion on my Computer Twice, once before resetting my Hard Drive, and once after. So I believe that this may be the cause.
Either that, or the fact that I bought the Kit on my Friend's computer, and I downloaded it on mine.
IDK what the problem is.
