An other thing to share !

Last week I have install two SSD in my MacPro early 2008.

The first is featuring both Mavericks and music software.
The second is the place of VSL SE Library.

You turn on the computer,
Double click on N4 files which is a full orchestra featuring 30 separated ViPro MIRx (7Go in ram) and, you just have time to pour a cup of coffee ! it do not take more than 15 seconds to load.

Just wonderful !
Its like getting a new Mac !
...but cheap....

Alain, I bought an SSD a few weeks back for my VSL library. It's amazing.

If you're a Mac user with a machine new enough to have a thunderbolt port, I'd recommend the Thunderbolt Pro. It's incredibly fast.
