Banjo add-on trouble

Hello,

I have purchased the banjo add-on sound pack and it installs fine, however, when Notion starts up it says it doesn't have the banjo sound.
I checked in the Notion folder within the Application support folder and the banjo file is in the correct extension folder - I have quit Notion and re-opened it but it still says the banjo sound is not there.

I'm wondering how to solve this problem?

Reload your sounds. Go to:

Notion>Preferences>Audio>Choose…

Select the location of your Sounds folder for Notion and press Ok. This should resolve your issue.

Admin

Thanks for the reply but this does not work - it appears to be authorisation issue.

I have attached the following screenshots:

1. After installing the banjo file:

2. After clicking the receive license button: (still says banjo sound not authorised).

3. When opening a file with a banjo sound:

It appears that for some reason, the banjo sound is not being authorised?

EDIT: Just to add - I bought a mandolin add on sound a couple of weeks ago and that installed fine.

Update:

I still haven't solved this problem - banjo add on will not install - I have re-loaded the sounds, re-installed notion, re-downloaded the banjo add on but still nothing.

I have also tried to install the acoustic guitar add on but I get the same problem.
