Posted: Thu Dec 19, 2013 3:09 pmWho had me talking to a real person within 20 seconds of picking up the phone, fixed my problem for me, wished me a happy holidays, returned me to my regularly scheduled wasting of time, and let me hang up feeling happy and satisfied.
And all of it only took two minutes. It would have been less except that I was being a chatterbox.
