How Could I Collaborate? technically speaking

Hi, I'd like to computer-call someone, similar to Skype or Apple FaceTime, where we can talk, but the screen we share shows my Notion file. I can move notes, and they also have a cursor that I see on my screen and they can also move notes in my file. Thus two cursors on my screen. One is mine, one is there's. We can then talk about the score and move notes.
Is there an Apple computer solution? A skype solution?
Would I be the only one who needs a copy of Notion to do this?
How could I make it where they only see my notion file and nothing else on my computer?

In Skype you can share you entire screen or just a certain window. Try "Converstaions -> Share Screen" (on MAC). This should do most of what you want.

WebX is another commonly used solution.

Thanks! both of you. I have a feeling skype isn't going to let the other person have a mouse on my screen but I'll try it. I'll check out webx also.

A few options..
- Messages Screen sharing - controls both keyboard and mouse
- iCloud's back to my mac - but they have to have your password
- TeamViewer - install a little app, and send your collaborator a code - works on mac's and PC's
- Built-in VNC sharing
