How to change second licence Notion 4 ?

I want to change my second license Notion 4 is attributed on my old computer for my new i7 PC, how can I do? With Notion 3 can manage yourself activations of the software, why is it not possible with Notion 4?

The software licensing software in Notion 4 is very different. That is why it is not possible.
