I liked the efficient packaging with Notion3.

Some apps like Cubase and SONAR (and EastWest is a particularly bad offender) come in these ridiculously huge boxes which actually have cardboard padding inside for all the empty space. :?

Even if you care not for package, waste and the environment, Notion3 was also small enough to fit through the letterbox.

Yep, the packaging was a pleasant surprise. I am a sucker for great packaging and keep all the software packages n my shelves. Notion looks beautiful next to Sibelius :)

Do you mean the serial number? It is printed on an extra sheet of paper.
The activation happens pretty painless over the internet. Just connect once and let it register, after that you do not need an active internet connection.

Hi Novatlan.

You're right.

But since I don't have an internet connection, I filled the form in the support section with "installation ID" and "license code" numbers.

Brian @support just replied me they don't understand my request...

I'll wait for his answer until it's office time across the Ocean. I'll update you about it.

Greetings

PS. It seems that a lot of interesting things happens there in Germany, eg. Xsample or Independence and Origami from YellowTools. Any opinion about? It would be nice to add something alike to N3 weaponry. If they works properly.

Hi guys.

Authorization code received from support service (thank you Brian for your patience).
I will enter it as soon as I'll be back home this evening.

In the meanwhile I authorized the copy lying in my laptop connecting it from office.
I can confirm that it's a fast and easy process.
Everything worked out fine. IK authorization too. :D

Having an internet connection at home is on top of my wish list for next Christmas ;)

Thank you again.

Greetings

Hello,

I received my copy last week and to be honest was not to thrilled about packaging and authorisation. The DVD inlays fell out and threw the DVDs on the floor  somehow the glue must have dried out or something. Furthermore I've found authorisation rather elaborate (what do they need my telephone number for?). But after all that I am prepared to do some serious scoring so have fun and see you guys soon somewhere in the forum.

P.S.: still waiting for an answer on my guitar markings question...
