I just tested this a bit more and spoke to one of the members of our development team about this issue.

I think that I have discovered the problem. Your "slur end" rule was set to a value that was less than one. When I increased it to 1.5, both test cases with the note durations set to different amounts performed the Notion Rule that performed the more accurate legato.

Try it out and let me know what you get. I did bypass the Scripts in Kontakt to get this to work properly, but I think that you can set the scripts up either way.

A simple fix. I don't think that slur end was being translated into English properly. It does not mean the last note under the slur, but rather it is defining the duration overlap for each note under the slur.
