How to get a flam to play correctly
I am running Notion 3 demo and am trying to write a flam that will play correctly. Used the grace note input with an unsatisfactory result. Would like it to sound like "Chut", not "Dud Dit". I am using a marching percussion vst that creates the flam correctly in Overture. Please advise and thanks.

Re: How to get a flam to play correctly
hey Max, does your vst drum corps have a special sample of an actual flam which you want to be switched in similarly to how other articulations are handled, or does it have to simulate a flam by combining two samples just close enough together to get that "chut" kind of effect? Curious what vst instrument you using?

Need's to be done the second way. I am running Kontact 3 with Digital Drumtech Contemporary percussion sample library (http://digitaldrumtech.com/store/home.php). They don't offer it as articulation.
