Glad to see the Notion 3 demo has finally been converted into downloadable format from the website. One small thing is that this page: http://www.notionmusic.com/products/notion3.html still says 'available soon'.

Great!
That should a) give a boost to sales and b) free up developer's time to improve the application.

Could really use some mirrors,my 10MB BB crawled to 30k and I cancelled the download.
All the other instruments are of similar sizes to dl too, maybe its Virgin,I'll try later.

The download comes off two different servers. It picks randomly.

Let me know if you have any more download issues so I can address it.

Thanks

The demo is fully functional for 14 days, you can use your custom VSTs.

Just as a suggestion, the demo is pretty large, so why not split it into a few smaller chunks so people wanting the demo don't have to make sure the demo is downloading correctly the whole time? It's just that it can be quite tricky when the download is so large that you may have to keep the computer running through the night or have to leave it running once someone else comes on the computer or just make sure the computer doesn't slowly go into power save into standby and eventually pretty much just shut down when you want it just to download. You would just need to gather up all the contents in one folder and then carry on as you do with the current system.

Does the demo then become crippled or completely non-functional after this time?

If non-functional do potential customers get the chance to re-demo as newer versions appear?

thanks

Ran the demo into the ground in 14 days, downloaded a whole bunch of sounds for orchestra,
druym kits, percussion etc etc, imported a midi version of a piece done in another program a
just hit the "convert to score" button.
Although some notes were missing,it didnt take long to rewrite those and saved a bunch of time,
Bought Notion3 today cheers.

The demo becomes completely unusable after 14 days
the reverb module emits an intermittent hissing after 10.
