Crescendo with EWQL 4 Trombones

HI,
I'm trying to get a crescendo with EWQL 4 Trombones Lite preset. Unfortunately dynamic and hairpin don't work.
I've seen that the lite preset includes 3sec Crescendo keyswitch. According to the EWQL Rules, this keyswitch could be activated from the score "if technique=x09".

Now the question is: what's the meaning of x09 ? What should I place on the score in order to activate the 3sec. crescendo ?

Hi gfcalvi,

this simply means you need to place a custom technique on the score. So to get "x09" you should enter the Expression entry mode (using the [ ' ] key ) and then type x09 to load that into your cursor.

Many of the special EWQL patches require custom techniques at this point, however we do plan on adding specialized expressions for EWQL patches.
