I attached a screen shot of the problem I can't seem to figure out. It's pretty obvious, I'm just looking for a clean way to have the Multimeasure rest layed out on the page.
Thanks!

Re: Measure Breaks in Multimeasure Rest
Hi SamGarnerStudios,
Maybe the reason why no-one has jumped in is that there is no real description of the problem you have. From a purely utilitarian standpoint, the guitar part is perfectly playable, but if I were to guess, you may be dissatisfied with the line breaks in the part. Just what do you consider "a clean way" to lay out the multi measure rests?
It looks to me like you have entered "force new system" commands in the full score. Unfortunately, these are shown also in the parts, and if you no longer want a line break, say, after the first 8 bars, you need to remove it before you print your guitar part. The same seems to be the case between bar 36 and 37.
If this is not the problem, then could you elaborate a bit?
Best wishes,
Thorrild

Re: Measure Breaks in Multimeasure Rest
Me, too -- I've tried everything I've been able to find, read the manual, etc., and can't figure out how to create them in the first place. Can someone help?

Re: Measure Breaks in Multimeasure Rest
Score menu > Parts Options:
Click on the "More" tab and set the Multimeasure Rest drop-down menu to something other than None.
Best wishes,
Thorrild
