Concert Tuning vs Concert Pitch
I have not been able to figure out why Notion has an option to view your score in concert tuning and at concert pitch as well as the option to see it transposed. As far as I see, concert tuning and concert pitch are one and the same thing.

I think what this means is that some instruments transpose at the octave in addition to other transpositions (like horn and bari sax). Concert pitch will give you the literal pitches in the octave in which they sound.
Wait a minute...here I go again coming up with a total guess and passing it off as fact. My father used to do that...drove me nuts! I am turning out just like him.

Your father must be doing something right Thats correct.
Concert Tuning shows everything at sounding pitch but doesn't transpose the octaves for things like Piccolo and Double Basses for example. So your Piccolo or Guitar still sound an "octave" from where they're at.
Concert Pitch is literal - everything is written exactly as it sounds.
Hope this helps

... which, I might add, is a pretty neat feature. Sometimes one tends to forget these octave-transposing instruments. Usually it is ok to not see the sounding pitches becaus it would mean excessive leger lines, but sometimes it is not. So at least for me this feature is very welcome and, if I am not mistaken, unique to Notion.
Or the other applications have it buried so deep in their menus that I am unable to find it
