'Q' and TAB Key functionality in NTempo Playback

During NTempo playback, the Q key does not pause (i.e., it has *no* effect whatsoever on playback) and when I <TAB> out of a vamp/repeat, the jump occurs but then only th first beat of the measure following vamp/repeat plays and then playback stops.

Is anyone else having this problem? Am I doing something wrong?

Thnx!

DrH

P.S. Yes, I have an NTempo track with all the beats laid out. :-)

DrH,

The 'Q' key is actually supposed to cut-off the sound, to act like a cut-off that you would need in a fermata situation, for example. I just tried it on both Mac and PC and it works as I just described. Is this not the behavior you are getting?

Lubo

P.S.
I changed the title of your post to more accurately describe the question you are having.

Just tried it with both Mac and PC, worked fine for me. Maybe its a score specific issue? Could you attach the score so I can see into it?

Thanks

Also, I have one question
Is this an imported score form say XML or N2 score?

Thanks

I never had problems with this, either.
But I do not have any N2 or imported scores, so if there is a bug, I won't notice :)
