Note overlapping and accent velocity questions

Postby gfcalvi » Sat Nov 14, 2009 6:43 pm

Hi,
I'm trying to use Notion with LASS (..... is a set of rules on his way for LASS ?...), and I have a couple of questions.

First Question:
In order to activate "legato" in LASS you need to slightly overlap two notes.

Is there any way to overlap 2 (or more) notes in Notion Standard Notation ?

I know I can use "SequencerStaff" and then convert to "standard notation", but due to the fact that you can't go back and forth from SeqStaff to StandardNotation, this way I am forced to compose the whole track in a sequencer fashion... so why using a notation program ? ;)

Second Question:
Is there any way do customize the amount of "velcity added by the "accent" articolation ?

Thank in advance
Gianfranco

I have not the slightest idea, that's why I chose not to answer.

However, I think you could write 1) as a wish to the developers. Makes sense to me, there should be some possibility.
